10MINUTES PRESENTATION
I'm being completely honest here, I'm never felt being so nerveos during a presentation during my school time before.
Back then, we are required to present a current issue which related to business. Luckily we get the topic of "National Feedlot Coorporation" which happen from 2010 until now, which I first don't think it's a bad idea.
After weeks of research, we were so glad that we got so many infomations and we are ready to present. So, 10 minutes limit was totally out of our brains. We put all the infomation into a slides and edited nicely, but when we started to practice it still exceeded so much from 10 minutes. Until this time we only realize that our topic is too complex to explain in 10 minutes, or else people will not understand what we talking about.
At the end the outcome were too bad, not as how we expected.
In a nut shell, experience gained.

Organizational Chart - Lesson 5
In this class lesson, we learnt to design a business organizational chart that can be formed in a company. In this lesson, we basically learnt that each company in each industry has their own unique organizational chart, even it's in the same industry, there's still a differences.
This assignment is one of the fun part of the subject, I thought it's going to be lame but it finally end up very educational and fun with friends. We were required to role play as how should a business should accomodate foreign war refugees according to Maslow's Hierachy of needs, such as fullfilling the basic needs until the self esteem needs.
Final Project ： Charity Drive
This charity drive is held during 11st to 15th November 2013. The target is to earn as must as possible and all the profit to National Cancer Society. Charity drive may be the toughest project among all the assignment and projects in this course, I would say. At the same time, it is probably the project I learnt the most things. I never thought of it would be so easy and fun to begin a business.

Perhaps business are one of the subject that we have to spend a lot of time in this semester, although it's only consist 3 credit hours. I'm actually quite like this subject because I learnt about something I usually never research or learn for. Before this, I never know business are things in our daily life and not just open a shops or a company.
I basically learnt knowledge about business that I really can apply in real life. For example, leadership style makes me understand more how to if becoming an leader and figure out which style I should adapt. In fact, I also learn that how to basically organize and manage a company if I own it. I also understand how should I design my very own company organizational structure.
Although this is just a basic subject that make us understand the term "business". I'd understand more about the real life example and how the real world business work. Credits to Mr Joe always using real life example to make us understand more. Other than that, I learnt how to see the business world with a more understanding perspective, not only outside, but a little bit more inside.
